Tom Bush Architect provides a hands-on operations approach to every project providing direct contact with the Principal Architect at every meeting, telephone call and communication. Our project documents are produced directly by licensed professionals. I will meet with you for an initial scope meeting to identify client project goals/ opportunities and to review your new site or existing building. We can provide as-built surveys of existing buildings, including Architectural, MEP, and Structural as needed to establish the basis of design. We will provide a written scope in the form of a space program for the initial design—this will also be the basis of the fee proposal. We will then hold design meetings with you, the client, and the occupant and hold regular design review meetings, as needed, to produce the construction documents required for the permitting of the project. Depending upon the size of the project, our services may include: schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, and project close-out phases and services
